Yes, while we have planned activities, there will also be scheduled downtime for relaxation, self-reflection, and connection with other guests.
Absolutely! You will receive a health form to complete nearer the time.
Expect a mix of workshops, group discussions, a calming forest walk, music therapy, campfire conversations, a treasure hunt, and access to a hot tub, among other activities.
