Yes, while we have planned activities, there will also be scheduled downtime for relaxation, self-reflection, and connection with other guests.
Absolutely! You will receive a health form to complete nearer the time.
Expect a mix of workshops, group discussions, a calming forest walk, music therapy, campfire conversations, a treasure hunt, and access to a hot tub, among other activities.

Payments will be due before the 27th of each month. Once your deposit is secured, you'll have a 1-1 welcome call with Kheri to get you set up ensuring a smooth trip.
